Broker Funding We fund equipment leases and loans of $25,000 to $275,000 and can syndicate or participate in larger transactions. We're experts in evaluating "A" and "B" credits. We fund and service small business transactions that banks do not understand well: all equipment types, most industries, all 50 states and all types of suppliers. Brokers are our number one clients. We pay competitive broker fees and help our brokers book repeat business.
Pools and Portfolios We purchase pools and portfolios of equipment leases and loans referred by various sources. Portfolios may be performing or distressed. We service portfolios for our own account and on behalf of other lenders and investors. Servicing is performance-driven and may include billing, collecting, litigation, customer service, accounting, reporting, credit and executive functions.
Advisory Services This includes providing portfolio value analysis, negotiations, due diligence, data conversion, policies, processes, systems and servicing for portfolio acquisitions and vendor program opportunities.
