Mr. Enbom is the founder of Allegiant Partners and has been the company’s chief executive from its inception in 1998. Mr. Enbom has been involved in structuring, marketing and closing leases and structured transactions since 1988 with such companies as D’Accord Financial Services (now Dresdner Securities), Bank of America Leasing & Capital Group and CIBC World Markets in both Japan and San Francisco. Mr. Enbom has a B.A. in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Carlile has been the chief credit and collections officer at Allegiant Partners since 1999. Mr. Carlile joined Allegiant Partners after twelve years at Trinity Capital Corporation (now part of Bank of the West) where he held a similar position. While at Trinity, Mr. Carlile was instrumental in achieving exceptionally low charge-off ratios and instilling a highly disciplined credit and collections culture. Mr. Carlile has a B.S. in Economics from Willamette University.

Paul S. Foster, Director, Sales and Marketing

Mr. Foster joined Allegiant Partners at the beginning of 2003 to execute and solicit transactions from brokers and leasing companies. Mr. Foster was the principal of Fairhills Capital Corporation where he completed over $400 million in a wide variety of private placements. Mr. Foster’s prior experience was as a commercial banker. He has served as the head of corporate banking for a $4 billion community bank and head of the National Division for a $10 billion regional bank. Mr. Foster is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a BS in Business Administration. He is also a member of the board of Capital Access Group, a certified development company that provides SBA loans, and EAH, a not for profit developer of affordable housing.

Douglas D. Houlahan, CLP, Director, Sales and Marketing

Mr. Houlahan joined Allegiant Partners from Wells Fargo Bank in 2002. Doug brings a unique blend of industry experiences and entrepreneurship to the Allegiant team. He has been instrumental in expanding our nationwide network of leasing brokers and developing programs to help Allegiant Partners better serve these valuable relationships. Mr. Houlahan earned his M.B.A at San Francisco State University and holds a B.A. in Finance from Iowa State University.

Norma J. Brewer, Senior Associate, Collections and Operations

Ms. Brewer joined Allegiant Partners in 2001 from CIBC World Markets where she worked her way from being an administrator to an associate. Ms. Brewer is responsible for collections, credit screening and general operations of Allegiant.

Ms. Lynch joined Allegiant Partners in 2004 from the Structured Finance Group of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.  Ms. Lynch is responsible for preparing documentation and processing all requirements necessary to bring a transaction to funding.  Ms. Lynch has a B.A. in Strategic Management from Dominican University of California.
